The Lord teaches the mysteries only to those who have faith. Those who lack faith, individually and collectively, are denied the mysteries.
To receive the greater things, the mysteries, on the large plates of Nephi, the modern Church must repent and exercise faith. There must also be an authentic seer to use the interpreters to translate any restored record.
